Jumpstart Our Economy
Bringing more high quality jobs to York County involves a four-pronged approach: (1) fixing our roads, (2) tax reform that ends South Carolina’s punitive taxation of job creators, (3) education reform that prepares students to compete for high-paying jobs, and (4) restoring trust in government with meaningful ethics reform.
Real Ethics Reform
Real ethics reform means an independent watchdog to police corruption in Columbia, complete income disclosure for government officials to guard against conflicts of interest, and harsh civil and criminal penalties to punish corrupt politicians.
Fix Our Roads
We have to end the backroom deals and political logjams that have made traffic jams and potholes a sad fact of life in York County. With real reform of how South Carolina prioritizes and funds road projects, we can finally fix our failing roads.
Improve Our Education System
In order to deliver a high quality education to all students, we need to attract and retain high quality educators through competitive compensation, eliminating bureaucratic red tape, and restoring discipline in the classroom.
Establish Term Limits
Public service should be about serving the public, not making a career out of politics.
